Abstrak

School leaders in carrying out their duties are expected to be able to know and understand their role (professionalism) as a leader, if it is not owned by the school principal, it will cause overlap in the implementation of tasks in an institution, therefore specific programs are needed so as to increase professionalism the principal's leadership in carrying out his duties as an agent of change in an organization. Based on conditions/conditions like that experienced by our country, although it may in some areas experience improvements in their role as professional principals, apart from that all here researchers want to explore and find out more about the problems faced by the leadership carried out by the head Tarbiyatul Islam One Roof State Kindergarten.
