Abstract

Every organization, institution or group needs to make Islam the basis and theory of problem solving in life. Because in an organization, group, or institution, problem solving is a very important thing to understand. Because in every field, problems have a great opportunity to be present. Islam offers bids on how to deal with the problem, and how to behave in dealing with the problem. Among those that the Koran offers are such as deliberation, situation analysis, analysis of potential causes, analysis of decisions and analysis of potential problems. Not only that, a Muslim is also taught the attitude of how to deal with a problem, including faith, faith, patience and resignation.
